Who processes your data?

The data controller is Provalsis, UAB, company registration number 301792590, Gariūnų g. 49, Vilnius. For privacy enquiries, email [email protected] or call +370 627 77119.

What data do we receive and why?

When you order, we process your name, contact details, delivery and billing addresses, ordered goods, payment status and order status. We need this to enter into and perform the contract, deliver goods, issue invoices and answer questions. We do not request card numbers or banking credentials in the shop; electronic payment details are processed by the payment provider in its own environment.

If you create an account, we store data needed for sign-in and order history. When you contact us, we process the information you provide to answer and resolve your enquiry. Technical data such as IP address, browser information and activity time may also be processed for site operation and security.

Legal grounds

Order and account data are processed to perform a contract or take steps at your request before entering into one. Invoices and other mandatory records are retained to meet legal obligations. We answer enquiries and protect site security on the basis of legitimate interests, taking your rights into account. Marketing messages require an appropriate legal basis; where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Who receives data?

Only as necessary to fulfil an order or provide a service, data may be shared with delivery providers, payment partner Klix, and accounting and IT providers. We also disclose data to authorities where legally required. Providers receive only the data necessary for their task.

How long is data kept?

Order and accounting data are kept for statutory periods. Other data are kept only as needed for their purpose or a justified dispute. After that, data are deleted or anonymised unless continued retention is legally required.

Cookies

Essential cookies maintain the cart, sign-in session and preferences. Analytics or marketing cookies, where used, are subject to separate consent rules. You can manage cookies in your browser; disabling essential cookies may prevent some shop functions from working.

Your rights

Where applicable under the GDPR, you may access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive portable data. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. To exercise your rights, email [email protected]. If you believe your data are processed improperly, you may contact Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate.
