Delivery options
You can collect your tyres and other ordered items at Gariūnų g. 49, Vilnius, or choose courier delivery to your address. Please come to collect your order only after receiving confirmation that it is ready.
Available delivery methods and their final prices are shown at checkout. If cash payment to the courier is offered, its additional fee is also shown before you confirm the order.
Delivery times
Preparation and delivery times depend on stock availability and the selected delivery method. We provide an estimated date at checkout or when confirming the order. If that date changes, we will contact you to agree on the next steps.
Receiving your items
Check the packaging and items when your parcel arrives. If you notice transport damage or receive the wrong items, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Include your order number and, if possible, photographs. This helps us resolve the issue and does not limit your statutory rights.
Returns
To withdraw from an online purchase or report faulty goods, email [email protected]. The returns address is Gariūnų g. 49, Vilnius.
